Global Search Release Update

Easily view search matches for Customers, Vehicles, and Repair Orders

The updated Global Search bar is now making its way out of beta! This update enhances your search experience by clearly highlighting matching information and organizing results into three categories—Customers, Vehicles, and Repair Orders. When multiple records match your search, they are highlighted in yellow, making it easier to locate the exact record you need.

Enhanced Appointment Booking Controls

Ability to set start dates for booking requests

In addition to limiting how far in advance appointments can be booked, you can now set when booking requests can begin. For instance, if today is June 23, you can configure the system to start accepting appointments starting from June 25 or later, ensuring that customers can only schedule appointments within your defined timeframe. This update gives you greater flexibility and control over your scheduling process.

Magic Parts Lookup (Beta)

Effortlessly add parts directly from your RO

We are thrilled to introduce our new Quick Service – Parts Lookup feature entering closed beta testing, the fastest way to add the proper oil filter or any popular part to a repair order. This tool allows service advisors to quickly find and add vehicle-specific compatible parts with just a few clicks, seamlessly integrating with your inventory and PartsTech for hassle-free ordering. Save time, avoid manual errors, and simplify part additions with real-time compatibility checks!

Enhanced Tire Lookup Experience (Beta)

Streamlined tire quoting workflow with size search, quantity adjustments and add-on services

We’ve made significant improvements to our tire lookup experience, streamlining the process for providing accurate tire quotes. You can now search by tire size, adjust quantities, and add services such as mounting and balancing to complete your tire package quotes. Taxes are now also included in the view, ensuring you provide your customers with an accurate out-the-door price.

FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where Fluids were being automatically included by default when adding a Service from MOTOR
  • Fixed an issue where Customer Concerns added to Appointments were not being saved
  • Fixed a column alignment issue on Invoice PDFs
  • Fixed an issue where RO Fees were not being automatically added to RO when setting was enabled
  • Fixed an issue where Qty On Hand and Qty Available counts were inaccurate when searching directly from RO line
  • Fixed an issue where deleting an Appointment Color Tag was not deleting the Color Tag selected
  • Fixed an issue where Inspection report could not be printed when an RO was archived
