Special Announcement: Customer Concerns tracking is now live!

We are excited to announce the global release of Customer Concerns tracking! This feature aims to improve customer trust and satisfaction by highlighting the reasons they brought their vehicle to your shop, and showing them what services are needed to diagnose and address each of their concerns. Simply record each concern on the new “Concerns” tab on their Repair Order, link each concern to the service(s) needed to address it, and give both your technicians and customers a clear picture of how your work addresses their worries.

In this month’s product release, we have introduced a powerful new customer retention dashboard to give Marketing module users the data you need to maximize your average repair order amount and retention of existing customers. Customers using AutoLeap’s Marketing module can also embed an appointment booking link directly into their Google Business listing, allowing new and returning customers to book an appointment right from their Google search results. We’ve also greatly improved the oil sticker printing, tire storage, and quick tire lookup experiences.

Customer Retention Dashboard (beta)

Track and improve key customer retention metrics

For AutoLeap marketing users, we’ve introduced a powerful new dashboard to help you track and improve your customer retention. Our goal is to give you all the tools you need to maximize the value and frequency of return visits. You’ll see how you’re tracking against industry benchmarks for key metrics like how often vehicles and customers return to your shop, how effectively you’re scheduling future appointments to ensure customers return, and which team members are leveraging inspections most consistently to ensure additional services are upsold or deferred to leverage in future campaigns. Additionally, see the revenue share being driven by new customers vs. returning customers.

Appointment Booking through Google (beta)

Customers can book appointments from their Google search results

For customers using AutoLeap’s Marketing module, you can embed an appointment booking link directly into your Google business listing. When a customer searches your shop on Google, they’ll be presented with a Book Online button that will allow them to book appointments directly on to your AutoLeap calendar. By making it easier for customers to book an appointment with your shop, we’re confident you’ll see increased bookings and have a leg up on your competitors.

Oil Sticker & Tire Storage Sticker Rendering Enhancements (beta)

Using default printer settings, stickers should render flawlessly

To perfectly print Oil stickers and Tire Storage stickers, users only need to set the correct size in AutoLeap and their printer settings. When these settings match the label size, the stickers will print perfectly without needing custom margins or settings. After printing Invoices or other full-size documents from your computer, you can return to print an Oil or Tire Storage sticker by selecting the label size in your print properties. No further setup should be required for a flawless print. This update resolves previous Oil and Tire Storage sticker sizing issues that required users to set custom margins to print effectively.

Quick Tire Lookup Performance Improvements & Enhanced Functionality (beta)

Creating an out-the-door tire quote using local, warehoused, or online inventory is faster than ever

We continue to improve our Quick Tire Lookup functionality to give you a best-in-class experience. You can now include and modify add-on services directly from the main screen to quickly give your customer an out-the-door quote without navigating to the cart. Additionally, we’ve improved performance on the tire size dropdowns so sizing options load instantly. Lastly, you can easily see all potential sources for sourcing the tire – whether you need to pull from local inventory, other warehouses (if you run a multi-location business), or order them online from one of our integration partners. Selling tires to your customers has never been easier!

Improved Workflow for Returning Stored Tires

Add a Tire Storage return to an existing RO without looking up the Tire Storage Number (TS#)

To improve the experience when adding a Tire Storage return to an existing repair order, we’ve updated the Tire Storage line item to automatically display any currently stored tires for the vehicle attached to the RO. This removes the step of searching for the TS# for the stored tires. This functionality is in addition to the existing functionality to quickly create a new RO with a Tire Storage return service added; simply navigate to the customer side panel, select the relevant vehicle, click Tire Storage, and select the tires you plan to return. Reach out to your CSM if you’d like to start using Tire Storage today!

  • Date filtering in the Customer Aging and Outstanding Invoices reports now includes all unpaid statements and invoices due at or before the selected date
  • Fixed a bug causing Estimates with a $0 balance to auto-update to Paid
  • Resolved an issue causing merged customer records to still appear in search results
  • Fixed a bug with the “collapse all services” functionality where collapsed services were reopening unexpectedly
