Appointment Booking Portal Customization
Add your shop logo and brand coloring to the appointment booking portal
We’ve introduced new customization options for the Appointment Booking Portal, allowing you to personalize its appearance to match your brand. You can now update the portal color scheme to align with your business identity, and your company logo will be automatically displayed for a professional look.
To make adjustments, navigate to Settings > General > Appointment Booking, where you can select a color manually or use a tool like ImageColorPicker.com to apply a precise hex code. This update ensures a seamless, branded experience for your customers when booking appointments online.
View Inventory Allocations on Estimates
Easily track and manage inventory allocated to Estimates to maintain accurate stock levels
You can now easily view which estimates have specific parts and tires allocated. This visibility allows you to make informed decisions—whether to remove items from the Estimate, archive the Estimate, or keep the item in the Estimate if you’re confident it will be used. This ensures that you can manage your stock with confidence: minimizing the risk of understocking while maintaining accurate counts.
Simply click on the Qty on Estimates count available in Inventory and view all associated Estimates details with the option to jump to a specific estimate to make changes if needed.
Deferred Services Custom Date Range
Reach out to customers to sell deferred services on your timeline
The Deferred services page within the Customers module now allows you to filter deferred services by any service date range of your choosing. Select the Service Date filter, choose Custom, and input the required range. This allows you to reach out to your customers at the time you deem most effective for getting them back into your shop to complete that service.
QuickBooks Locations for Multi-Location Shops
Utilize QuickBooks location segmentation to better categorize Invoices and Purchase Orders
AutoLeap now supports QuickBooks Online (QBO) multi-location instances. If you have location tracking enabled in QBO, you can map your QBO locations to those in AutoLeap and seamlessly post transactions—including Invoices, POs, and customer Credits directly to the corresponding QBO locations. This ensures accurate data segmentation, enhancing reporting and categorization within QBO.
Redirect to Google Review
Navigate users to Google Review directly via SMS/Email
The review request process has been streamlined! Previously, customers were first directed to an internal survey before being prompted to leave a Google Review. You can maintain this setting, or change the request process so customers are taken directly to Google Reviews from their review request link—making it easier and faster for them to share their feedback.
This change helps increase Google Review submissions while simplifying the experience for your customers. Review the 3 new templates added in your settings before getting started.
