For example, he won’t put his most skilled tech on easier maintenance tasks like oil changes. Instead, he’ll assign them the more complex repair orders.

This thoughtful approach benefits Julio, his customers, and his employees. A win-win!

Evolving your shop services for EVs

Electric vehicles (EVs) are here to stay. Julio recognizes this, acknowledging that’s where many industry investments are going.

Julio is taking proactive steps to prepare his shop for EVs. He’s now dedicating an area of his business to specialized service for brakes, tires, and suspensions.

Shops will likely work on fewer oil and filter changes when this emerging technology becomes mainstream. Anticipating where vehicle technology is headed factors into how Julio structures his auto repair business.
