Keep track of manufacturer recommendations for vehicle maintenance based on the mileage and age of the vehicle. This allows you to inform your customers of crucial upcoming services ,as well as grow your business by reaching them before your competition!

Syncing with Motor
AutoLeap’s seamless integration with Motor goes beyond helping you easily input services. When creating a customer profile, Motor uses their VIN, Year/Make/Model or license plate to automatically sync any data it has with your shop!Â
Once a car has been successfully added to a profile and is linked with Motor, it will have a small green icon next to it.
If you can see the icon, then you’re all set to start adding in services that Motor recommends for the vehicle!
Adding services to an estimate
To get started, click on Browse on the search bar at the repair order screen. This action will open a module, where you can access all your canned services (as well as Motor’s services).Â
Here is a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Navigate over to the Maintenance tab next to the Motor icon.
Step 2: Choose services based on the vehicle’s age, mileage or indicator.
Step 3: Motor will display the services they recommend for the vehicle. You can simply click Add to bring it to your estimate!
