This software makes it easy to make work orders, assign work to techs and keep track of work progress. The digital inspection makes it easier to let the customers know the status of their vehicle. we like the fact that we can create and manage estimates and send real-time customer quotes.

The system is very easy to use. it does well in facilitating the way we make estimates now with everything in one place (labor, parts, etc.). i like that we are able to customize a lot things we weren't able to before. for example, we can arrange the work board to our liking, add canned services, etc.
