Holding yourself accountable with goal-setting

But we all know what happens by March. Old habits kick in, and many people return to where they started.
Greg discusses how the same premise applies to your shop planning! Your $1M revenue goal is fantastic, but you can’t achieve it with the same shop processes, employee productivity, and marketing strategies.Â
