Let’s break down this feature in more detail.Â
Getting started
First things first, make sure you’re all set up on AutoLeap to get access to this feature. If you haven’t signed up with AutoLeap yet, schedule a demo to learn more!
Reviewing assigned/unassigned services
Click on Orders on the AutoLeap Dashboard to view the status of each order, categorized in 3 columns:
- Assigned
- Unassigned
- Completed
Under the Unassigned column, select an RO to see which services need to be assigned.
You can assign up to three employees for each service: a primary tech and two helpers. Depending on the need for the service, you can assign yourself or another employee to any of these roles.Â
Now you can have an overview of the services assigned in each RO with clear indications of the employees responsible for each task!
