Updated Buttons for Manual Order

Improved action buttons for updates on manual purchase orders, regardless of order status [Ordered, Unordered, Cancelled, and Delivered]

To simplify the workflow, we’ve replaced the previous “Proceed Anyway” “Update” buttons with clearer options: ‘Cancel’ & ‘Update’
When a user modifies details of a manual purchase order in any of the states listed above, a confirmation pop-up will appear prompting the user to review the cost. The pop-up includes:
  • Cancel — Discards all changes; no updates will be applied
  • Update — Saves and applies all changes made to the order

Smarter URL Selection for Sticker Printing

More clarity regarding QR codes on stickers

We’ve simplified what URLs are added to QR codes on your oil stickers. When creating a sticker, the Appointment Request Portal URL or your Custom Website URL is now automatically fetched and pre-selected based on your plan. This removes confusion about which link is being used and ensures the right QR code appears on your sticker every time.

Invoice link available in SMS communication

We’ve improved invoice communications to make things easier for both shops and customers.
When you choose Invoice & Review or Invoice Only, the message sent to your customer will now automatically include a link to the invoice. This makes it easier for customers to view, review, and take action without any extra steps.

SMS Template Updates for Handling Special Characters - Beta

Better Deliverability + Smarter Character Guidance

To help your messages deliver more reliably and avoid unexpected carrier-related costs, we’re introducing improvements to how SMS templates handle certain special characters. In this update you will see:

Live alerts for unsupported / high-impact characters

Some special characters can trigger carrier limitations that may increase cost or reduce deliverability. You’ll now see clear, real-time messaging if a character may cause issues while editing an SMS template, so you can fix it instantly before sending.

Clearer limits when using accented and important characters

When an SMS includes accented characters (common in French, Spanish, and Portuguese), carriers may switch the message into a different encoding format. That reduces how many characters fit into a single SMS segment and will prompt an updated SMS segmentation in AutoLeap:

  • Single SMS segment: up to 70 characters
  • Multi-part SMS (multiple credits/segments): up to 67 characters per segment

These updates are designed to give you more control and clarity—helping you send campaigns with better deliverability, clearer expectations, and fewer surprises at launch time.
