RO fee overrides for fleet customers
We’ve improved how fee overrides work for your fleet customers so your Repair Orders (ROs) calculate fees exactly the way you expect.
What’s New
- You can now override all RO fees (not just Shop Supplies) for fleet customers based on your fee settings.
- Each fee can be customized individually for fleet accounts (e.g. different % or max amounts).
- Existing fleet override settings have been automatically backfilled to match your current configuration, so there’s nothing you need to re‑set manually.
What this means for you
- RO fees for fleet customers will now correctly follow your fleet override rules on:
- RO right-side pricing details
- Estimate previews
- Invoice previews
- This helps ensure consistent, predictable billing for fleet partners and reduces manual adjustments.
