We’ve improved the Payments reports to make them easier to understand, more accurate, and more consistent across views, exports, and prints.
What’s New
- Clearer report naming
- “Payments” is now All Payments

Parts Magic Fill: Select from Multiple Matching Results
We’re improving Parts Magic Fill to give you more control when multiple parts match a single part number.
What’s New
Multiple match visibility: When Magic Fill returns more than one matching part, all results are now displayed instead of showing no part.
User-driven selection: Users can review the list of matching parts and select the correct one to load details into the part modal.
Clearer part identification: Each result shows key identifiers (part name, brand, part type) to help users confidently choose the right part.
How It Works
- If Magic Fill finds multiple results for a part number, a dropdown list appears in the Part Number field.
- Select the desired part, and the system automatically populates the part details as usual.
- If only one result is found, Magic Fill continues to behave the same way as before.

Custom Image on Printed Invoice
Add your shop’s personality to every printed invoice
Your printed invoices just got a powerful new customization option. With this update, you can now add a custom image to the bottom of every printed invoice — perfect for showcasing your brand, promoting seasonal offers, or sharing a personalized message with your customers.
Whether you want to include a shop logo, a referral incentive, a QR code, or a friendly thank-you banner, the choice is yours. Each shop can upload and manage their own image with no need to contact support.
This image appears only on the printed version of the invoice, so you can tailor your in-shop experience without affecting the digital format your customers receive by email.
It’s a simple way to leave a memorable impression and set your shop apart.

Advanced Sticker Printing now supports French
If you have French language support enabled, you can create a French version of oil change stickers, allowing you to better serve French-speaking customers with clear, localized labels.

Appointment Request Experience – Clarity & Reliability Improvements
We’ve rolled out a set of thoughtful improvements to make managing appointment requests clearer, faster, and more reliable—reducing confusion and preventing common errors.
What’s New
- No More Missed Customer or Vehicle Saves
If you start typing in the Customer or Vehicle fields, the appointment must now be explicitly linked before saving. This prevents partially entered data from being lost.
(Blank appointments can still be saved when no data is entered.)
- Smarter Search Experience
- Search now works with as few as 3 characters
- You can also search using the APR# prefix, making it easier to find requests quickly
- Improved Sidebar Interactions
Clicking an appointment request from the sidebar will now automatically apply the required filters (with a prompt), instead of doing nothing—no more manual filter switching. - Clearer Appointment Titles
Once an appointment is saved, the calendar title will show the actual customer name (when appointments are created from requests)
