How AutoLeap can help
With just a few simple steps, you can get right into managing your day-to-day operations and have a macro-level view of your business. Here’s how:
Step 1: Click on the calendar on the main dashboard
You can access the calendar through the third icon on the top left.
Step 2: Select ‘+ appointment’ or click on the calendar
Once you’re on this page, you can access your entire calendar and see, add, remove, or edit appointments as you see fit. To add an appointment, you can either click on ‘+ Appointment’ on the top right or click on the calendar itself. This will take you to the booking screen.
Step 3: Enter the customer’s details
On this page, you can input customer details such as their name, email address, phone number, car make, model, etc. Once you’ve set the time for the appointment on the top left of the menu, you can click ‘save’ on the bottom right to confirm it.
Step 4: The customer will get an email confirmation
Finally, the customer receives a confirmation email or text which they can choose to accept or decline.
